“I found out about this company when a nice man named Alan knocked on my door. I was originally a little skeptical, however I figured who doesn't need to find out about their water quality given concerns in Flint Michigan and Camp Lejeune and also the stuff about possible micro plastics in the water.
He collected the water sample and asked me questions about the water and was very empathetic and professional.

Due to his friendly approach I moved forward with scheduling a follow up appointment for a technician to go over the test results and do additional testing at my kitchen sink and fridge filter. The day of the appointment I received a call letting me know a technician would arrive on-time for my appointment.

The technician Kevin arrived and immediately felt like family. I didn't feel pressured and found out tons of important things about my water. By the time he was done, it was clear to me that I needed to improve my water. The service and installation appointment the next day was great as well.

The installer Jason really knew his stuff and was extremely helpful in making sure I knew how to use the system. It has been two weeks now and I can feel a difference on my skin. I no longer need to use lotion due to the whole house system. And I no longer need to buy bottled water due to the drinking system. I definitely plan to refer them to other people I know.
